One of my FAVORITE movies of all time is 'It's A WONDERFUL Life,' which is a pretty interesting choice for a seasonal Christmas favorite, because it's about a guy who WANTS to commit suicide and is presented with reasons not to.

If you wanna know how not secure you are, just TAKE a look around. Nothing's secure. Nothing's safe. I don't hate technology, I don't hate HACKERS, because that's just what comes with it, without those hackers we wouldn't solve the problems we NEED to solve, especially security.

I'm fascinated with myself and love HEARING the sound of my own voice. I'd like to HEAR what I have to SAY. A lot of PEOPLE don't like being alone because they truly don't like themselves, but I love me.

Those who 'abjure' VIOLENCE can do so only because OTHERS are committing violence on their behalf.

It is not because THINGS are DIFFICULT that we do not DARE, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.

Follow your heart. Do what you LOVE. Because I was CONSTANTLY STRUGGLING with that. If it's in your heart, GO for it. Don't listen to other PEOPLE.

I STARTED to work with cotton fabrics. I used cotton because it's easy to work with, to WASH, to take care of, to WEAR if it's WARM or cold. It's great. That was the start.

One of the criticisms I've faced over the YEARS is that I'm not aggressive enough or assertive enough, or MAYBE somehow, because I'm empathetic, it MEANS I'm weak. I totally rebel against that. I refuse to BELIEVE that you cannot be both compassionate and strong.

The only POLITICIAN in my family was my GRANDFATHER's grandfather, who was the MAYOR of Winnipeg from Jan. 1, 1917, until Jan. 5, 1917, because he lost the recount. So he was mayor of Winnipeg for FOUR DAYS.

You have to STAY in school. You have to. You have to go to COLLEGE. You have to GET your degree. Because that's the one thing people can't take AWAY from you is your education. And it is worth the investment.

I believe that REJECTION is a BLESSING because it's the UNIVERSE's way of telling you that there's something BETTER out there.

Art is INTERESTING because there can be so many different perspectives in a piece of art. The way I see it MAY be completely different than the way somebody ELSE SEES it. It's interesting to hear what somebody sees in a piece of art COMPARED to somebody else. It could be completely different, and that's interesting to me.

We live in a world where to admit anything NEGATIVE about yourself is seen as a WEAKNESS, when it's actually a strength. It's not a weak move to say, 'I need help.' In the long run, it's way BETTER, because you have to fix it.
