My focus in 2016 will be the IAAF WORLD INDOOR Championships in Portland, and as PREPARATION for that, I will TRY to break the world indoor mile record in Stockholm on February 17.

Personal honors NEVER meant much to Bill Russell, one of America's most successful athletes with 2 college titles, 1 OLYMPIC gold medal and 11 - count 'em, 11 - N.B.A. championships with the Boston Celtics.

I am proud of my family. I am proud of my Duke CHAMPIONSHIPS and all my Duke teammates. And, I am proud I NEVER LOST a game against the Fab Five.

The 1984 European Championships were held in France and that was something important. I felt on FORM then, even THOUGH I was practically ALWAYS injured at all the WORLD Cups. It's a great memory. But in any CASE, the past is past.

I'm LUCKY and BLESSED to have so MANY tag-team CHAMPIONSHIPS.

My focus is on training and championships. I will look at BUSINESS after retirement... MAYBE 20 YEARS later.

You have to COME in to MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIPS, and your ATTITUDE has to be on POINT.

It's TOUGH to win MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIPS. So many things and EMOTIONS GO through your mind.

When the HEAT were put TOGETHER, there was talk of going undefeated. They didn't GET off to a GREAT START, but they found a way to win back-to-back championships.

I have a deep DESIRE to have SUCCESS, to play a high LEVEL, and to WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS.

I've lived through a LOT of division CHAMPIONSHIPS, a lot of final-four APPEARANCES, but our goal is further than that. We want to deliver a SUPER Bowl.

I love championships. That's when I want to be at my best. I love those ENVIRONMENTS. It BRINGS the best out of me.

To be ABLE to get a football team that's capable of competing for WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, you always got to get a LITTLE bit lucky, but you got to have all phases to win it all.

You can be in this league for 10-15 years and not WIN a championship. My boy, Nelson Agholor, been in the league for three years and got a ring with Philly. That's what we live for and dream for. That's why I THINK a lot of guys stay in PITTSBURGH: because we always COMPETE for CHAMPIONSHIPS.
