I will not do WORK that isn't DONE well or right. Stuff happens - things break, contractors don't come through - but I don't WANT to be responsible for not doing SOMETHING correctly.

I APPLIED for a JOB at 'The New York TIMES' many years ago, and felt correctly that my life depended on it.

You WANT to mix acting STYLES correctly. People approach the WORK in different ways. You want to MAKE sure no one wants to kill each other because the approach is different.
