I want to FOCUS on my TRAINING and leave no ROOM for distraction. So, reality-tv shows are a no-no.

The loneliest you will get is in the most public of arenas: You will go to a place and END up in the smallest compartment POSSIBLE, because it's a DISTRACTION to everybody, and you end up not getting to enjoy it like everyone else.

The MOMENT of drifting into thought has been so clipped by MODERN technology. Our LIVES are filled with distraction with smartphones and all the rest. People are so locked into not being PRESENT.

I can't listen to music while WRITING - any such distraction would have DREADFUL CONSEQUENCES.
