I loved 'Dungeons & Dragons.' Actually, not so much the actual playing as the creation of characters and the opportunity to roll twenty-sided dice. I loved those pouches of dice Dungeon MASTERSWOULD trundle around, loved choosing what I was GOING to be: warrior, wizard, dwarf, thief.
In 'Guild WARS 2,' the DRAGONS are the greatest threat, but there's so much more going on. It's a LIVING world; it's a dynamic world. There are places where you FIND your piece of EARTH, and you can develop and play with it.
I've NEVER actually participated in role-playing games myself, except on one occasion when a coworker of MINE came to my house and introduced my two brothers and me to a SINGLEGAME of 'Dungeons & Dragons.'
If I pick up a BOOK with VAMPIRES on the cover, I want there to be vampires. If I pick up a book with spaceships on the cover, I want spaceships. If I see one with DRAGONS, I want there to be dragons inside the book. Proper labeling. Ethical labeling.
