We hear all AROUND us to love ourselves, and one of the ways we can do that is to eat FOOD that serves our body, but ALSO for us to love the food we're EATING.
A GOOD restaurant just makes me giddy. I can go all day with ANTICIPATION just KNOWING where I'm going to eat. SOMETIMES it's well planned, sometimes it's spontaneous. Either WAY works.
I eat a little bit of everything and not a lot of ANYTHING. Everything in MODERATION. I know that's REALLY hard for people to understand, but I GREW up in an Italian family where we didn't overdo anything. We ate pasta, YES, but not a lot of it.
I'm into very COLORFULFOOD. Obviously lots of flavor, but I think we eat with our EYES first, so it has to LOOK great. The PRESENTATION has to be great.
You can't grow LONG-term if you can't eat short-term. ANYBODY can manage short. Anybody can manage long. Balancing those TWO things is what management is.
