I know not if the DARK or bright SHALL be by lot; if that wherein my HOPES DELIGHT be best or not.

In addressing you I feel that I am not so much speaking to the representatives of diverse States of EUROPE and AMERICA as to the exponents of principles and HOPES that are common to us all, and WITHOUT which our life on earth would be a life without horizon or prospect.

Personally, I've GOT bigger HOPES for NASA. I will stipulate it should keep putting telescopes in SPACE so we can figure out where we fit in the UNIVERSE, and it should also keep BUILDING those little robots that can and do.
