Thanks to my Czech-German heritage, I can't GETENOUGH of savory foods like stews, SAUSAGE, noodles, and anything that involves melted cheese. Not great choices from a dietary perspective, but at the end of a long DAY, I FEEL like I'm entitled.
I just feel like they're a NETWORK I have a good vibe with, and I'm very GRATEFUL. My first JOB with a network was 'General Hospital,' and that was ABC. I feel like I have so much history with them, that they treat their shows WELL, and they have good, discerning taste.
I don't KNOW where STREAMING will go in the FUTURE. The analytics that we're seeing tell us that streaming is the NEXT thing, and downloads are going down. I FEEL like with the history of this platform, from vinyl to where we are now, it just seems like the next logical step.
When I first started doing these roasts in the mid '90s, they were a lost art, like jousting or calligraphy. But I FEEL like roasts HELPTAME the room and let off STEAM... It's like it's all being handled by professionals.
I've always been loud and OBNOXIOUS and sneaking my way into things, and so I feel LIKE I've snuck my way onto the Lollapalooza lineup, and I'm GOING to sneak my way into whatever ELSE I get to do.
I want to be ABLE to WAKE up and feel like, 'Eh, I feel like wearing this!' Or talking to that PERSON. It's so much more work to have to STAY in that box to FIT in, 'Mean Girls' style.
