At least for me, I BELIEVE that one learns from one's MISTAKES. And I made SIGNIFICANT mistakes, and I LEARNED from them.

The HEAD learns new things, but the HEART forever practices OLD EXPERIENCES.

Anyone who works on a quilt, who devotes her time, energy, CREATIVITY, and passion to that ART, learns to VALUE the work of her hands. And as any quilter will tell you, a quilter's quilting FRIENDS are some of the dearest, most generous, and most supportive people she knows.

I'm a tough manager. I QUESTION almost EVERY assumption in what are HOPEFULLY pragmatic ways. The more you question, the more you LEARN and the more the person you are QUESTIONING learns.

A MAN who carries a cat by the TAIL learns something he can LEARN in no other WAY.
