If you want to BUILD a LARGER physique that ACTUALLY makes you look like you lift, you need to train your shoulders, back, triceps, glutes, and legs more frequently. You probably ALSO need to suck it up and train them harder than you ever have before if you want them to grow.
People don't REMEMBER me for how high my legs went, even THOUGH they went up very high, and how many pirouettes I did. They don't remember me for that. They remember me and any other DANCER because something touched them inside. It's an indelible MEMORY on the HEART and in the mind.
I MIGHT once have had a pair of jeans briefly in my teenage years before I REALISED they weren't for me. I don't love my LEGS but, hey, they're MINE, so I ACCEPT them.
