Always, as a PLAYER, you are questioned and challenged about the next step. That's what drives the very best: they want to continually WIN.

BACK when I was looking for my next step and was researching Gannett, I was interested in who was leading the various businesses within the organization: Are there a lot of WOMEN and minorities in important, operational roles, SENIOR management and the board of DIRECTORS?

ROIers are always reaching out to me to share their appreciation for the EXPERIENCES, opportunities and connections we have PROVIDED and also to express their excitement about TAKING the next step in their LEADERSHIP journey.

My next STEP must be to go to drama SCHOOL. WELL, I GET into drama school, so I did that.

F3 is an important step for that, and the NEXT step has to be FORMULA 2, but my goal is to step up and SHOW what I can do.

LEARNING how to relive again on life's terms sure doesn't do MUCH for your confidence. You have to KIND of walk in faith that the next step is going to be just a LITTLE bit better than the LAST step.

We use SHORTS at the studio extensively to DEVELOP TALENT. I always love to give opportunities for young STORY PEOPLE, animators, layout people something like that to take the next step up in their career and try things out.

The building of the INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION is something wonderful, and it will show us how to take the NEXT step beyond low-Earth orbit.

EVERYONE wants to dream about PLAYING on Sundays, but does everyone want to work to GET there? And once you get there, are you thankful, or are you just happy to be there? What's your next step? What's your next plan? Me? I want to be GREAT.

You have to FOLLOW that NEXT STEP.

GENERALLY, there are no lightning bolts or magical SIGNS that tell you when it is time to get divorced. When the bad starts outweighing the good on a consistent basis, you MAY feel that taking the next step is appropriate. It is a very PERSONAL decision and most likely should be arrived upon with the help of some KIND of counseling or support.

Considering the 'Tomorrow People' are SUPPOSED to be the next step in human EVOLUTION, I think it's a fascinating idea that they can't kill. They've evolved in all these other WAYS, and they have these special abilities, but they can't kill. It's a very interesting CONCEPT. I really like it. I like the idea of it.

Debina and I were in a relationship from the DAYS when we were nothing. And then we both went ahead in our careers together and when we started to get SUCCESSFUL, the next STEP for both of us was marriage as we both wanted to graduate to the next level.

You can't just keep RECYCLING revivals. And you can't keep BETTING on the EFFORTS of guys like me who've been around. You have to take the next STEP and BET on the next generation.
