We get so many requests LIKE, 'We want behind-the-scenes access,' or 'We're going to show people what it's REALLY like to be on the CAMPAIGN with Donald Trump.' But there is just no way that a camera or an episode or a DOCUMENTARY could CAPTURE what has gone on.
After I impulsively revealed that I have OCD on a talk show, I was devastated. I often do things WITHOUT thinking. That's my ADD/ADHD TALKING. Out in public, after I did the show, people CAME to me and SAID, 'Me, too.' They were the most comforting words I've EVER heard.
I've done HISTORY; I've done biopics, I've done a little bit of COMEDY. I just WANT to keep GOING and SHOW people that you can't typecast me, you can't pigeonhole me.
That's not PART of me that I have to do something dark to PROVE to people that I'm an actor. The fuel for me is the laugh. Maybe later I'll want to show people the darker SIDE... But right now, I'm having too much fan making people laugh. And it REALLYMAKES me feel good.
ANYTIME you go to SEE a band with a guitar player, there's always a FEAR of guitar overkill! That's a funny question. If you went to a Taylor Swift concert or a Jay-Z show, people would THINK, 'Oh, my God, I hope I don't get guitar overkill.' People come to our show for guitar, and there can never be enough.
I was proud of 'Robin HOOD,' even though CRITICS wrote negative things. But I had to laugh when this big, shaven-headed Hungarian stunt guy first saw me. He said, 'You Jonas? You playing Robin Hood? You need to go to the GYM today.' So I thought, 'I'm GOING to show people.'
Honestly, when I do a lot of records where it's super lyrical, all that it is to PROVE and to SHOW people, like, I can really RAP. I can SWITCH flows - I can GO with the best of them - so first of all, I want you to respect me as a rapper.
