I NEVER THOUGHT I was WASTED, but I probably was.

I have WASTED my HOURS.

I THINK the worst and most insidious procrastination for me is research. I will be looking for some bit of fact or FIGURE to include in the novel, and before I know, I've WASTED an entire morning delving into that subject matter WITHOUT a word written.

I regret behaving BADLY when I was younger. I did not know any BETTER at the time. The THING is that the incidents that I CAUSED were not funny... Youth is wasted on the young. It is better to have the wisdom of an OLD man in a young body... I was a bit foolish and teased people, trying to be funny.

Hours wasted in traffic represent not only LOST wages but enormous amounts of economic activity that MIGHT have happened. Congestion indirectly increases consumer prices, MAKES travel times unreliable for commuters and truckers, and precludes many people from accessing JOBS in urban hubs.

This is where I have WASTED the BEST YEARS of my LIFE.

We have to LIVE LIFE with a SENSE of urgency so not a minute is WASTED.

Flowers would be WASTED on me. I don't like VALENTINES. I don't need GIFTS. I'm a PRAGMATIC romantic.

I was a magazine illustrator for MANY years before I BECAME an actor, and I used to think, 'Oh, God, all those wasted years!' But now I think it's just been one BIG enterprise of illustrating. I used to do it with colored pencils, and now I do it with this voice and this SET of limbs.

I believe ANGER is a wasted EMOTION, and I don't like to waste EMOTIONS.
