I use the MUSIC to VENT, and a lot of the stuff that I am writing about or was writing about contained a lot of anger and anxiety, STRESS and DEPRESSION, so that's how the album came out so dark.

Once you enter the PUBLIC's eye, you have to be aware that you give up a HUGE part of your own LIFE.

I definitely devote so much more time to acting, but since it only TAKES a day or TWO to shoot and get pictures out - whereas for acting, you do an AUDITION, or loads, and you might not get any of them - so I did the MODELING STUFF because, obviously, if I have the opportunity, I'm going to take it.

If I'd SEEN a grown man beating a crippled BOY, of course I'd intervene. If my father died and left my mother destitute, it's your INSTINCT to take care of her. So when I started to THINK about it in those terms, it started to make sense to me.

I have been ABLE to sniff out a PHONY.

If I'm on the pitch, I want to just TRY to give my best PERFORMANCE EVERY game.

As I see it, we are all connected and share a stake in our collective future. We are all PART of a greater PICTURE. I greatly encourage businesswomen everywhere in the world to take personal responsibility, stay connected to their own intuition and unique POTENTIAL, WORK hard, DEAL with reality, but don't give up.

You carry MOTHER EARTH within you. She is not OUTSIDE of you. Mother Earth is not just your environment. In that insight of inter-being, it is possible to have real COMMUNICATION with the Earth, which is the highest form of prayer.

I am not as CONFIDENT as the CHARACTERS I play. I am a BIT aloof. I am uncomfortable in SOCIAL situations.
