I Was Raised On T.V. Dinners Because In Those Days, They Were CONSIDERED A Well-balanced Meal. And When I Was SICK, My Mother Fed Me Beef-barley Soup And Peanut BUTTER Sandwiches. That's About It For CHILDHOOD Food MEMORIES.

A GOOD Meal Is Very IMPORTANT To Me. When I Have A BAD Meal, Especially Out, It's LIKE I'm Sitting In An Airport During A Flight Delay. It's A Part Of My Life I Can't Get Back.

I Always Make Sure To EAT A Healthy Breakfast Because It's The First MEAL You Eat That Fuels Your Body For The REST Of The Day. Plus, Breakfast Is The Perfect Time To GET Away With Eating Carbs Because They'll Be Burned Off Before The Day Is Done, So Every Now And Then I Splurge On A Belgian WAFFLE - My Favorite!
